General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the crickex net platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms are established in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. crickex net reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make every effort to notify registered users in advance.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the crickex net platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing any services on the platform. You confirm that you are a legal resident of Bangladesh and that using this type of entertainment service is legally permitted in your area. We reserve the right to immediately close any account created with false information. We may request necessary documentation for age verification at any time, and the account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The responsibility for maintaining account security rests primarily with the user.

Platform Usage Rules

While using the crickex net platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized access to any system or software on the platform, hacking, use of bots, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users is not permitted. The platform's content, design, or technology may not be used for any commercial purpose without prior authorization. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice.

Financial Transactions & Payments

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and it is the user's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes and charges. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Using third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited and, if detected, the transaction may be cancelled. Any transaction associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity will be immediately blocked and the relevant authorities will be notified. The designated verification process must be completed when processing withdrawals.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the crickex net platform is limited. We are not responsible for damages caused by technical issues, server downtime, or the failure of third-party services. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or upgrades. The user bears full responsibility for any issues arising from their own negligence or the provision of incorrect information. Our maximum liability shall in no event exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the crickex net platform are our exclusive property. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. The user is solely responsible for any content they upload to the platform. We reserve the right to remove, at our discretion, any content that violates our policies. Attempting to reverse engineer the platform's technology or code is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending transactions will be completed before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the designated process. We reserve the right to close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation. In cases of fraudulent activity, the account balance may be forfeited. Relevant provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh will apply. For any complaints or disputes, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We always follow a fair and transparent process to protect user rights. If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
